Coolant powered gripper

This gripper runs off the coolant line the machine already has. No hydraulic pack, no extra air drop, no control box — it needs 0.5 bar to actuate and it bolts on. For a shop adding bar pull-out to an existing lathe, that is the difference between an afternoon and a project.

What it does

Actuating pressure	0.5 bar — low pressure means a faster cycle
Pressure rating	Withstands coolant pressure up to 280 psi
Jaws	Carbide-tipped mini jaw
Hex stock	Clamps hexagonal bar securely
Remnant length	The compact claw sits close to the fixture, so less bar is left over
Installation	Modular, plug and play — no additional components
Relief	Pressure relief control port

Cycle

Approach the workpiece
Turn on cutting fluid and clamp
Release the fixture and pull the bar
Clamp and turn the fluid pressure off
Run the program
