Information you send us. When you submit a quotation request, use the contact form or the enquiry drawer, or write to us by email, we receive what you enter: name, company, email address, telephone number, country, machine and tooling details, your message, and any files you attach such as turret drawings or photographs.
Information from the AI product assistant. If you use the assistant on this site, the text of your question is processed in order to generate an answer. Please do not enter personal data or confidential information into the assistant.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log data — IP address, date and time, requested address, referring page, browser and operating system — for security and troubleshooting. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 additionally records usage data as described below.
For users in Taiwan the corresponding basis is Articles 19 and 20 of the Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法).
Mongtec sets no cookies of its own on this website. Cookies here come from two sources. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies only after you have consented; we use Google Consent Mode, so for visitors in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland analytics storage is denied by default until you accept. Separately, our hosting provider GoDaddy places its own performance-monitoring cookies on every site it hosts; these are described in the table below and can only be switched off by the hosting provider. We use no advertising cookies, no remarketing, and no social-media tracking pixels.
