A well-known US machine-tool builder evaluated Mongtec as an alternative source for quick-change collet chucks (type 42 and type 65) and collet changers.
Mongtec shipped 16 sample items under two purchase orders — unbranded, individually boxed and labelled to the customer's own packaging guide. All 16 were approved by the customer's review team.
By the time a machine-tool builder asks for samples, the dimensions are rarely the hard part. What gets examined is everything around them: whether each piece arrives packed and labelled exactly as the incoming-inspection procedure expects, whether the paperwork matches the parts, and whether the supplier can hold all of that consistently across a mixed batch.
