1. Within one working day a Mongtec engineer reads your enquiry. Not a ticket queue, not an auto-responder.
2. If you sent a machine model or an article number, we check it against the actual turret drawing before anything is quoted. That check costs you nothing.
3. You get back the confirmed article number, a dimensioned drawing, lead time and price.

• Machine make, model and year
• A photograph of the turret face — a phone photo is fine
• The tools you intend to run: drill and tap sizes, or end mill diameter
• Quantity and the date you need it by

Anything you do not know, we work out from the machine model. An incomplete enquiry is still worth sending — it is faster to ask us than to measure a turret.

Why we confirm before quoting: BMT is an industry de-facto standard, not an ISO or DIN published one, so bolt circle, key position and drive coupling can differ between machine builders at the same nominal size.
