Mongtec Precision, a Taiwanese tooling brand headquartered in Taichung, designs and engineers BMT and VDI (DIN 69880) driven tool holders, static holders and quick-change tooling for Nexturn CNC lathes and turning centres. Nexturn Swiss-type automatic lathes are used for high-volume small-diameter turned parts. Select your machine below, or send the model and a photograph of the turret face and engineering will confirm the interface.
| Machine model | Turret interface |
|---|---|
| LP10D | BMT / VDI — confirmed at RFQ |
| LX12B | BMT / VDI — confirmed at RFQ |
| NST56/67 | BMT / VDI — confirmed at RFQ |
| SA20XII | BMT / VDI — confirmed at RFQ |
| SA20/26 (modular version) | BMT / VDI — confirmed at RFQ |
| SA32 (modular version) | BMT / VDI — confirmed at RFQ |
| SA32 XIII (modular version) | BMT / VDI — confirmed at RFQ |
| SA20PYII new interface | BMT / VDI — confirmed at RFQ |
| SA51XII | BMT / VDI — confirmed at RFQ |
The interface is confirmed before quotation, not assumed from the label. BMT is an industry de-facto standard — it is not published by ISO or DIN — so two turrets both badged BMT55 can differ in bolt pattern, locating key and drive coupling. Send your machine model and a photograph of the turret face; Mongtec engineering checks it against the actual turret drawing. That check is free.
