Face static holders present the tool to the face of the part, for facing, grooving and face turning from a static station. Mongtec Precision, a Taiwanese tooling brand headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan, supplies them to mount on Biglia turrets, published for VDI30.
Developed specifically for Biglia multitasking centers, providing robust support for face machining operations. Optimized for the high-precision interfaces of Biglia turrets (such as B436, B465, B565, and B1250 series), these toolholders ensure exceptional positioning accuracy and structural rigidity during face turning, face drilling, or face grooving, effectively suppressing axial forces and vibrations generated by face machining.

Mongtec publishes static face-mounted holders for 11 Biglia machine models, on turret interfaces VDI30. On these machines the holder is used for holding drills, reamers and taps on the turret centreline for work into the end of the part. Article numbers are matched to the machine at RFQ — we confirm the turret interface from the builder’s drawing rather than assume it from the model name.
