Biglia 90° Driven Tools

Radial (90°) driven tool holders turn the drive through a right angle so the cutter works on the outside diameter — cross holes, cross tapping, flats, slots and keyways. Mongtec Precision, a Taiwanese tooling brand headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan, builds them to mount on Biglia turrets, published for VDI30.

Engineered specifically for Biglia multitasking turning-milling centers, our 90-degree driven tools provide stable and reliable side-machining capabilities, effectively addressing complex requirements for both face and lateral operations. Through high-precision transmission and a high-rigidity structural design, it enables multi-angle milling and drilling within confined spaces, significantly enhancing machining flexibility and overall production line efficiency.

Getting the right holder

The machine model alone does not decide the holder. The same model can leave the factory with different turrets — station count, model suffix and key arrangement all change the mounting. Tell us the machine, the turret and the operation and we confirm the mounting before quoting.

Already using another brand? Send the drawing or the article number of the holder you run today and Mongtec will convert it to an equivalent Mongtec holder — same mounting, same reach, same output.
