Developed for integrated gear machining. Gear hobbing traditionally relies on specialized equipment, which increases costs and errors during process transfers. These hobbing units are optimized for Nakamura-Tome multitasking centers, enabling continuous hobbing directly on the turret—achieving complete production from raw bar stock to finished precision gears on a single machine.
