HSK-T (DIN 69893-6) is the HSK form made for turning — it goes into the spindle of a mill-turn centre or a multi-axis lathe and takes the cutting load of a turning operation, not a milling one. Mongtec builds three things on it: boring bar holders, square-shank tool blocks, and integral ISO turning tools that bolt straight onto the taper with no adapter in between.
| Boring bar holder | HSK40T to HSK100T, bores 6 to 50 mm |
|---|---|
| Turning tool block | Square shank, for facing, external, cut-off and combined operations |
| Integral ISO turning tool | 38 designations built directly on the HSK-T taper — one fewer joint in the loop |

The tool designation follows ISO 5608, so the code itself tells you the geometry. Mongtec covers 38 designations from DCLNR through SVQCL. These four positions are what most people need at the machine:

Very few makers outside Japan and Europe cover HSK-T turning. If the designation you run is not in the list above, ask — the range is wider than what is shown here and specials are normal for this interface.
Body diameters (D, D1), gauge lengths (L2, L1) and the set-screw thread (G) are in the printed catalogue and are supplied with the quotation.
