All 77 Mongtec quick-change clamping fixture models
Mongtec publishes 77 quick-change clamping fixtures — SK external clamping, HJ / HN / HK internal expansion, HMC machining-centre hydraulic and HG / HM gear fixtures. Run-out ≤ 0.01 mm, ±0.5 mm workpiece tolerance, HRC 58-62. Mongtec Precision is a Taiwanese brand, designed and engineered in Taichung, Taiwan.
Start from the diameter you need to hold. External clamping (SK) grips the part on its outside diameter; internal expansion (HJ, HN, HK) expands inside a bore. Each model covers a clamping range rather than a single size, and inside that range the rubber module absorbs ±0.5 mm of part-to-part variation — which is why this style of fixture suits bar-fed and robot-loaded work where a three-jaw or spring collet would clamp off-centre.
The fixture is standard; the flange is not. Every model connects to the machine through a flange matched to your spindle nose. Send the machine model and spindle nose designation with your enquiry and the correct flange is quoted with the fixture.

Frequently asked
What is the difference between the SK, HJ, HN and HK series?
SK clamps externally on the part's outside diameter. HJ, HN and HK all expand inside a bore — they differ in body form, clamping force and the length of bore they engage, so the right one depends on the part's wall thickness and how much bore is available to hold.
Can one fixture cover several part sizes?
Yes, within its published clamping range, and beyond that by changing the clamping module rather than the fixture. That is the point of the design: the expensive part stays on the spindle, the consumable part changes.
Does Mongtec make non-standard sizes?
Yes. Non-standard clamping modules and bespoke fixtures are a standing part of the range — send the part drawing and the machine and Mongtec quotes against it.
