Eurotech Speeder Driven Tools

Speeder holders step the turret drive up so small-diameter cutters reach their correct surface speed on a lathe whose driven-tool spindle cannot turn fast enough. Mongtec Precision, a Taiwanese tooling brand headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan, builds them to mount on Eurotech turrets.

Engineered specifically for the high-speed machining requirements of Eurotech multitasking turning-milling centers, our Speeder Driven Tools utilize an internal speed-increasing gear design to significantly boost output RPM. This makes them the ideal solution for small-diameter drilling and high-speed precision machining applications.

Even when the machine spindle speed is limited, these tools provide stable high-speed output, effectively improving machining efficiency and surface finish quality on your Eurotech equipment.

Getting the right holder

The machine model alone does not decide the holder. The same model can leave the factory with different turrets — station count, model suffix and key arrangement all change the mounting. Tell us the machine, the turret and the operation and we confirm the mounting before quoting.

Already using another brand? Send the drawing or the article number of the holder you run today and Mongtec will convert it to an equivalent Mongtec holder — same mounting, same reach, same output.
