Broaching units cut internal keyways, hexagons and squares on the lathe, removing the second operation on a broaching press or a slotting machine. Mongtec Precision, a Taiwanese tooling brand headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan, builds them to mount on Goodway turrets.
Developed specifically for Goodway high-rigidity multitasking centers, our broaching units are dedicated to integrating keyway and tooth profile machining into a single process. Keyways, internal/external splines, which traditionally require separate shaping or broaching machines, can now be efficiently completed directly on the Goodway turret. Featuring a reinforced reciprocating mechanism, these units withstand high-frequency impacts while providing exceptional dimensional precision and machining stability.
