OD static holders clamp turning tools for outside-diameter work — the non-driven stations of the turret, matched to the same bolt pattern as the driven holders. The housing is manufactured from premium alloy steel with precision heat treatment, providing ultimate clamping rigidity. Optimized for the heavy-duty cutting requirements of Okuma turrets (such as the LB, LU, and GENOS series), these toolholders ensure exceptional vibration damping and repeatability during both rough and finish O.D. turning operations.
